My name is Kayla and I’m so happy you’re here! I’m a Nashville-based, New England-raised portrait and fashion photographer, and I’ve been taking photos since I was eight years old when I got my first little Kodak camera for Christmas. While I have experience in many different categories of photography, my passion is portraits. As an English major, I am a storyteller at heart, and this is a big element of my style; I want every image I capture to tell a story. This is one of the many reasons I love editorial-style photography; through styling, makeup, composition, and expression, a photo really is worth 1,000 words.
